Cookie Policy

This page explains how cookies are used on the ABClivein Care Hampshire website, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.

Your choice

When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you want to allow analytics cookies. No analytics cookies are set unless you click "Accept". If you click "Reject", or simply ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Analytics cookies (only with consent)

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-RGZMQBSQ4X) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. IP-address anonymisation is enabled.

Third-party cookies (Google Maps)

Our Contact page embeds a Google Map so visitors can find our office. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies. These cookies are under Google's control, not ours. See Google's cookie information.

Third-party reviews widget (homecare.co.uk)

Our About page embeds a reviews widget from homecare.co.uk. The widget loads a third-party script that may set its own cookies and log basic request information when the page is viewed. These cookies are outside our control. You can block third-party scripts and cookies via your browser settings — see "Managing cookies in your browser" below. For details on what homecare.co.uk collects, see their privacy policy.

Other cookies

We set one small piece of local storage (abc-cookie-consent) to remember your cookie choice. It is strictly necessary for the consent banner to work and does not require consent under PECR.
