WHAT WE DO

Follow instructions in the care and support plan which has been agreed with each customer. We assess our customers with all aspects of personal care. This may include:

Personal Care

Supporting customer with personal care and hygiene. Encourage to have a shower or bath and helping to choose the daily clothing.

Encouraging, reminding, administering medicines

Encouraging, prompting and administering the medication.

Hospital appointments

We can help our customers to go to the hospital appointments.

Shopping

Our care assistants will help you to make the shopping list and to accompany.

Preparing and serving food

We support our customers choosing and preparing the preferred meal.

Dog walk

We can offer support with your lovely pets.

Companionship & Outdoor activities

Social visit within the home, going to the church and other outdoor activities depending on customer choice.

Art direction

Computer support, photography, drawing.

House keeping

Light domestic duties. Dusting and general tidying, Laundry/Ironing

Liaising with community health support and families.

Care Continuity

Effective rotas and dedicated management support gets the best out of our carers. We continually monitor our services to ensure exceptional levels of care. Our person-centred care expert promotes health and well being. We are pleased to look after couples who want to stay together. We have found in many cases that when the health of one partner suffers, then the other is often struggling to look after them, and so this puts pressure on that person and in the end, their health deteriorates also.

Our experienced and qualified management team react quickly and efficiently to find and match the perfect domiciliary or live-in carer for you. Our carers are selected very carefully and are trained at the very high standards.

We can arrange quick assessment in a special occasions as short notice hospital discharge, a fall/accident reducing mobility, you have been let down by an alternative arrangement, family carer needs to go away at short notice and unexpected / unplanned illness or incident.
